Good luck to this years Arena team

The National Arena Swimming League gets underway this weekend.  CABSC will be competing in the Premier Division of the East Midlands Region and the first round draw will be at Cambridge.  We're drawn against Sherwood Colliery, Norwich Swans, City of Cambridge A, City of Milton Keynes and City of Peterborough B.  Notice the word 'city' appears in a lot of these teams so we are up against some big teams but lets hope CABSC can come away with a good points score which gives us a good draw for the next round.  Making their arena debut for CABSC this year are Matthew Cox, George Cummings, Ben Pierpoint, Charlotte Allbones, Ava Buxton, Joe McCallion, Annastasia Walker, Esme Warsop and Fiona Brown.  We wish the Stingrays team all the best of luck  and a safe trip down to Cambridge.  Report and results will follow next week.

Top boy at Falcon Open Meet

Congratulations to county squad swimmer Ben Pierpoint who won the top boy award at the Falcon Open.  Ben came away with an impressive medal haul of  5 golds and a lovely trophy.  Ben hasn't been with CABSC very long, having previously come from Nottingham NOVA, and we are lucky to have such a fantastic swimmer on the team.
