PB records

As of this week, the PB log on the website will no longer be updated by Richard Clarke  and swimmers will be expected to maintain their own records of their swims.   This information can be found on the ASA best times site for any licensed swims or for league swims and junior gala swims please refer to the results section of the CABSC site.  This is something that swimmers should be doing any way as part of their own development.   The club maintains a performance database to assist with selection for galas and will continue to do this.   A really big thank you to Richard for all his hard work over the many years he has been doing this job (and it's been a few!).  Richard has also done a fantastic job of co-ordinating our Arena Team and keeping track of all the club records over the years but this will now pass to Katey Cox.  Any new records should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. Nottinghamshire KO League

Thursday 23rd February - Nottinghamshire League  KO

Southwell 18  vs Bingham Stingrays 2  - This was always going to be a very difficult match for the Stingrays with Southwell having many very experienced players and this showed in the first quarter with Bingham having little response, finishing 6-0 down. This is where Bingham started to fight back showing the grit and determination for the team that has been lacking over the last few seasons - the team rallied and produced two excellent 2nd and 3rd quarters.  This is what the 'team' is all about  - the fight for each other was excellent and although the chances weren't been converted for us there was still plenty of positives to take from the game. Although the final quarter wasn't the best, the team stuck together to see out the game, which is very impressive for the future.

Team Welch, Cummings, Leveridge, Lawson, Sjtzier, Carrington, Henesy, Fells, Hill, Ainsley, Holmes, Musson.

 Next match 13th March 9pm @ home
