SUCCESSFUL SWIMSCHOOL WEEK

The 4 day long August swimschool held by our new Head Coach Mark Moore, for County and CDS Squad swimmers to help get them up and running for the busy gala season ahead after 2 weeks off, was a resounding success. Swimmers were extensively drilled by our own team of Mark, Tom, Trudi and Janet with extra tuition from NOVA coaches Jamie Main and Jill Barlow with our international swimmer Jess Sylvester doing some demos in the pool! This extra training left our swimmers 'buzzing and raring to go' quote from Mark............but a few of the older guys were aching and in pain by the end! All in all it was very successful and something similar will be repeated as soon as possible. This also generated some welcome and much appreciated funds for CABSC, so it achieved on all fronts.

On behalf of the Committee and swimmers I would like to offer my congrats and thanks to our poolside team who gave up their time and helped make this a success - especially to Mark for organising this school and to Jamie, Jill and Jess. THANKS GUYS!
